We collect as little personal data as possible. This page explains what we do collect, why, and how to exercise your rights.
Who we are
Statuslane is operated from the European Union. For privacy matters, contact hello@statuslane.app.
What we collect
- Account data: your email and authentication identifier, so you can sign in.
- Page content: the status pages, services, and incidents you publish — this is intentionally public.
- Subscriber emails: email addresses people enter to subscribe to your pages, stored only to send notifications.
- Operational logs: minimal request and error logs for security and debugging, retained up to 30 days.
- Email delivery logs: per-message status (sent, failed, suppressed) for deliverability monitoring.
What we don't collect
- No marketing trackers, fingerprinting, or third-party analytics on public status pages.
- No selling or renting of personal data, ever.
Legal basis (GDPR)
We process data on the basis of (a) contract — providing the service you signed up for, and (b) legitimate interest — keeping the service secure and reliable.
Where data is stored
Account and content data is stored in EU-based infrastructure. Email delivery is handled by Lovable Cloud's email provider.
Subscribers' rights
Every notification email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribed addresses are added to a suppression list to prevent future sends. Subscribers can also request deletion by contacting the page owner or us directly.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Email hello@statuslane.app and we'll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Cookies
We use a single first-party cookie/local-storage entry to keep you signed in. No advertising or analytics cookies.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be announced via email or in-app banner before they take effect.
