Can I really cancel in one click?+
Yes. One button in settings. We refund unused time on annual plans automatically — no email back-and-forth.
What counts as a 'monitor'?+
One URL or TCP endpoint checked on a schedule. A single service can have multiple monitors (e.g. API + dashboard). You can pause monitors without losing config.
Do you charge per subscriber?+
No. Unlimited email subscribers on every paid plan. SMS is billed at cost (we pass through Twilio's pricing with zero markup) on Growth and above.
Is my subscribers' data shared with anyone?+
Never. We don't sell data, run third-party trackers on your status page, or use your subscriber list to market our product. Statuslane is funded by subscriptions, period.
What happens if Statuslane goes down?+
Our own status page is at status.statuslane.app and is hosted independently. We publish every incident, full timeline, root cause. If we breach our SLA on Scale, you get credit automatically.
